Hai Di Lao is always reliable and great quality which is impressive for a chain. The broths are incredibly flavorful no matter which one you order. The vegetables and protein dishes are always fresh. Service here is impeccable and the restaurant is always clean. My favorite thing though is the sauce bar! Incredible selection of sauces that no other hot pot restaurant has been able to beat for me!

This is a fancier and luxury version of hot pot. I love their interiors and the restroom. The noodle dance is absolutely entertaining and all those robots running around lol is worth the experience and time. The service is fast and food is great. Definitely try half spicy and half plain broth and the fish cakes my favorite. We normally get all types of beef and pork slices little bit of all and corn and noodles with rice on the side. So far we have always had a great time here. They are warm and welcoming! We will be back soon! Thank you!

My family recently visited Haidilao Hot Pot and was thoroughly impressed. The food was delicious and fresh, offering a wide variety of options that made our meal delightful. His attentiveness and friendly nature made the evening even more enjoyable. He went out of his way to ensure that every detail was perfect, making my dad's birthday celebration truly unforgettable. Visited during Lunar NY celebrations to celebrate our granddaughter's 2nd birthday. The staff were great and made it special. A bit pricey though.

Finally able to go try their lunch special $20 includes 1 meat, vege platter and rice or noodle I think sauce should be included but it's like extra $3-4 dollar/person which I think is kind of excessive.. sauce should be standard The tomato soup was the fan favoritas Beef was good. I came here with my family for the first time to celebrate Father's Day and I had the best time! The staff was willing to accommodate our large party and walked us through how to order and even gave suggestions on what we should get. We opted to do the 4 soup options since we had a pretty large party. We got a lot of the fixings and i was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it came out. They have the cute little robots that bring out the foods as well. The soup options we got were the mushroom, the pork bone, golden soup, and Tom yum. My favorites were the Tom yum and the golden soup. The Tom yum has some great flavor and the golden soup was really creamy. The pork and mushroom soups weren't bad but if they mixed the two it would be even better! They also have an unlimited sauce and snacks sections, which I feel like it's worth splurging on. They had so many fun snacks there that I loved trying. My favorite thing about this place was the service. Our server, Henry, was just so phenomenal. He was so sweet and accommodating. He even gave little toys for my baby! She had the time of her life. Parking was pretty tough because we went at a high time, and the table was a bit small, but overall still had a great time and I would totally go back.

Nothing can ever beat the service of Haidilao! I would always come back. From the dancing noodles performance to the birthday sign to the free goodies -- unbeatable. They also gave all of the girls hair ties, which is so considerate. And the hot pot is amazing as always, and the place is so well-kept and clean. The tomato base is our favorite.

My friends have been hyping this place up for the longest time, and I've finally been able to try it. It lives up to ALL the hype!! 1. Food - phenomenal, the handmade/dancing noodles are stellar with such a chewy texture, the meat and broth are just... chef's kiss. The sauce bar has all the sauces you could ever want for dipping. 100% order the sweet buns with condensed milk! It tastes like heaven in your mouth. And the plates come in a plentiful serving size. 2. Service - also phenomenal. The servers are attentive, and you get a nice cloth apron to wear during your entire meal. I also appreciate the wireless charging station on the tables. 3. Atmosphere - super spacious location

We came back again and food was good as before. Still enjoying the noodle dance This time we ordered more of seafood than meat. The bill rang up to about $50/person But I think bcoz of the seafood options.
